Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation pipeline for chronic condition-focused solutions and evaluate new Pathway concepts
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and operational stakeholders to design products tailored to clinical pathways
• Lead the execution of pathway implementations and develop systems to track performance and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in healthcare product management, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in chronic disease management and understanding of value-based care models
• Experience with integrated care models is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation and implement complex healthcare solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data for decision-making and product optimization
