Principal Product Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Product Strategy - Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps for pharmacy benefit management (PBM) offerings
• Oversee the product portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and resource allocation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy decisions and advocate for customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related field
• 5+ years of indirect influence, coaching, mentoring, or management experience
• 5+ years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry preferred
• Experience in new product development and end-to-end product management is required
