Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT teams, guiding them through systems, processes, and data flows
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project approaches and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Coordinate and, when needed, execute user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical operations, or production support
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, including scope documents, user stories, and process flows
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex topics in a matrixed environment
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
