Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to bridge strategic vision and product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with customer needs and company goals
• Craft detailed epics and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with the product roadmap
• Oversee the development process using Kanban methodology and lead quality assurance efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Certification in Product Ownership or Agile methodology (e.g., CSPO) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in Scrum/Kanban frameworks
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Pendo, Monday.com, and Jira
