Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to support programs within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Development, Product Management, and stakeholders to manage product backlog and communicate project status
• Facilitate conflict resolution and design discussions while identifying and communicating risks to product delivery
• Ensure features meet quality standards and are delivered on time within the project scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of equivalent work experience, with 3+ years in Agile Product Owner or Project Management roles
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum
• Ability to develop features into user stories suitable for sprints
• Experience managing project plans, timescales, and budgets
