A company is looking for a OneReach AI Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and prioritizing use cases to meet user needs
- Create and manage the backlog, defining project charters, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering complex customer support solutions
- Understanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirements
- Experience in knowledge management and conversational AI is a plus
- Demonstrated influencing skills in a decentralized environment
- Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Salesforce or similar CRM
