Key Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
• Coordinate with business lines, technology teams, and partner teams
• Develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes and prioritization of work

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with AWS Connect, AWS Contact Lens, and Amazon Q
• Experience working with AI
• Minimum of 3 years in product backlog development
• Understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
