Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management - Core Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for core experiences, including survey creation, deployment, analysis, and integrations
• Foster a culture of product excellence through frameworks and coaching to enhance product thinking and decision quality
• Drive the application of AI/ML to differentiate the product and accelerate value delivery while ensuring responsible innovation practices

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within SaaS organizations
• Experience owning complex, user-facing products with end-to-end accountability
• Deep understanding of PLG mechanics with a proven track record of impacting key metrics through product changes
• Strong design sensibility and experience in building cohesive, user-first experiences
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize continuous user insight generation into product decisions at scale
