Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the full product lifecycle for the EOR SaaS product ecosystem
• Create and maintain a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap
• Deeply understand customer pain points through research and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, HR Tech, or global workforce platforms
• Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products
• Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making
• Technical acumen to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
