Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for internal support escalations to understand the product ecosystem
- Own the audit and improvement of product documentation, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness
- Transition from support to full product ownership, managing the product lifecycle and driving feature launches
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a product, support, or technical writing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose solutions to technical issues
- Experience working cross-functionally with support, engineering, and product teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, GitHub, JIRA, and Google Docs
- Understanding of basic web protocols (HTTP, APIs) and ability to learn SQL for data queries
