Key Responsibilities

• Own the product pipeline by developing new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance
• Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to create breakthrough products
• Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews to ensure formulations meet high standards across key markets

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space
• Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy
• Understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)
• Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset
• Strong curiosity and attention to detail in product development
