Ecommerce Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Ecom to join their team remotely and help scale and optimize their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the e-commerce product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, providing direction and support
• Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap that drives business growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead PM/Group PM/CPO role
• Technical understanding of the product and effective communication with the development team
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for communication and documentation
