A company is looking for a Director of Product Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the financial planning product strategy for the advising and servicing team
• Develop and implement user journeys, staffing strategies, and operational dashboards to enhance customer support
• Mentor and motivate staff while collaborating with various teams to achieve product goals

Required Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate degree with finance/economics emphasis or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of business, technology, or product management experience
• 5+ years working in a fast-paced environment with engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience leading project or technical teams
• Experience with contact management systems and AI chatbots is highly desired
