Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovation Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Medicare innovation product for the Grievance & Appeals Department, ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategy
• Manage the team backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure the delivery of business value and customer satisfaction
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, track team KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or product owner experience within an Agile framework
• 3+ years of experience in product strategy and enhancing products or services
• 3+ years of experience with performance objectives, analytics, and competitive analysis
• 3 years of experience in the health insurance sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
