Insurance Product Forms Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Forms Manager (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of forms analysts, aligning work with company goals
• Improve processes and tools for forms development to enhance speed, quality, and compliance
• Prepare and submit form filings to state Departments of Insurance, ensuring compliance and managing approvals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) product development, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Knowledge of P&C regulatory requirements and state filing processes
• Experience in conducting regulatory research
• Proficient in forms management tools, preferably Mozart
• Related insurance, legal, and regulatory certifications and/or degrees preferred
