A company is looking for an Insurance Product Forms Manager (Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of forms analysts, aligning work with company goals
- Improve processes and tools for forms development to enhance speed, quality, and compliance
- Prepare and submit form filings to state Departments of Insurance, ensuring compliance and managing approvals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) product development, including 1 year in a leadership role
- Knowledge of P&C regulatory requirements and state filing processes
- Experience in conducting regulatory research
- Proficient in forms management tools, preferably Mozart
- Related insurance, legal, and regulatory certifications and/or degrees preferred
