ACH Product Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Operations - Treasury Management ACH Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement product development processes for ACH, utilizing agile methodologies and design thinking
• Drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing activities using data insights
• Provide thought leadership and presentations on Treasury Management ACH solutions and stay updated on industry trends

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of ACH experience for Commercial clients in operational or product management roles
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with NACHA rules, regulations, and processing
• At least 7 years of experience integrating ACH products with other Treasury Management products
• Preferred: 15+ years of ACH expertise for Commercial clients
• Preferred: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
