Key Responsibilities
- Translate business processes into system requirements and develop communication briefings for stakeholders
- Create business cases, requirements, and operational procedures to enhance workflows and manage IT project issues
- Evaluate applications and IT environments, analyze gaps, and propose recommendations based on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in coordinating and scheduling deployment activities
- Experience identifying scheduling and coordination issues
- Experience working with developers, testers, and site staff to meet project timelines
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
