Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce processes and workflows
• Support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions, including reports and dashboards
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, data cleanup, and migration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce process mapping and configuration tools
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SOQL, Excel, or Tableau
• Ability to question assumptions and uncover inefficiencies within Salesforce
