Policy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Lead to support the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assessment, adjudication, updating, and reporting on USPS policies
• Oversee day-to-day activities of a team of policy analysts, including project management and strategic guidance
• Coordinate engagement with USPS stakeholders and ensure compliance with implementation plans

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in a policy, management, business, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years consulting experience
• Minimum of 5 years supporting operations for a government agency
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
• Experience supporting USPS is highly preferred
