Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to clients nationwide via secure, HIPAA-compliant online platforms
• Manage a flexible caseload that aligns with personal and professional goals
• Work independently as a contractor, focusing on therapy without administrative overhead

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a client caseload
• Ability to work independently without direct clinical supervision
