Business Analyst - Process Mining

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Process Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define process architecture requirements and translate them into tool solutions
• Implement Process Mining and Monitoring solutions, including defining process metrics and assessing process maturity
• Create integrations between Process Mining tools and other enterprise architecture tools, and develop training content for tool usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, particularly in defining process metrics and alignment to business outcomes
• Experience with data integration between process mining tools and transaction systems (SAP and non-SAP)
• Proficiency in Process Mining and Monitoring solutions, including Signavio and Celonis
• Knowledge of business process modeling notations such as BPMN 2.0 and EPC
