Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA Licensed DBT Therapist to provide telehealth services full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual DBT therapy and facilitate DBT skills groups via live video
• Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons and monitor client outcomes between sessions
• Participate in weekly consultation meetings and collaborate with other DBT providers

Required Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited graduate program
• Unrestricted, active California license to practice independently
• Formal training in DBT and a minimum of one year of experience providing comprehensive DBT
• Experience working with high-risk clients, including those with suicidal ideation
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital platforms
