Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant - Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with retail business owners to create onboarding plans and ensure high-quality implementation of the Toast product
- Conduct remote site assessments and document the installation of the Toast POS system while adhering to best practices
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements, providing post-live support and training to ensure a smooth transition for customers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a Restaurant GM or retail manager
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Experience with POS software, preferably in the service industry
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
