Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce practice consultants
- Oversee the successful delivery of large Salesforce projects across multiple clouds
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of solutions with their business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in managing Salesforce consulting engagements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM Analytics)
- 4-6+ years of management experience
- Strong integration & API expertise with Salesforce REST/Composite/Bulk v2 and Platform Events
