Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their Application Packaging and Testing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VA stakeholders submitting software packaging and testing requests
- Manage the intake and validation of new application packaging requests, ensuring required documentation and technical details are complete
- Coordinate with Application Packagers and Testers to prioritize work, monitor deadlines, and manage task load
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in an IT or software services environment
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint for intake and workflow tracking
- Familiarity with software packaging and testing processes in enterprise or government settings
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
