Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development efforts for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and reviews
• Lead color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with capture leads, SMEs, writers, and graphic designers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing proposals in federal, state, or commercial sectors
• Expert knowledge of RFP interpretation and compliance
• Familiar with APMP best practices and Shipley methodologies
• Comfortable managing remote teams under tight deadlines
