Job Summary
A company is looking for a GRC Service Engagement Manager to provide pre-sales support for its GRC services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales triage support and manage the sales pipeline for GRC services
- Engage with Account Executives to validate requirements and ensure CRM updates
- Gather case studies and customer testimonials for sales support and provide feedback for process improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 6 years of general information security experience with a focus on GRC
- 4+ years of general project management experience
- Consulting experience preferred
- General working knowledge of GRC and compliance program frameworks
- Prior experience in a client-facing and/or presales role preferred
