Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights through technical, strategic, and industry analysis to drive positioning
- Conduct hands-on technical evaluations of top CCaaS and Phone vendors to compare solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to influence high-value opportunities and enhance market positioning
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales solution engineering, solution architecture, or technical marketing engineering
- Familiarity with Contact Centers (CCaaS), VoIP, or UCaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS or conversational platforms; UCaaS experience is a plus
- Experience with competition benchmarking and testing methodologies is advantageous
- Previous experience in intelligence, strategy, or market research is beneficial
