Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support federal civilian agencies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions while gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, documenting business processes and conducting fit-gap analysis
• Prepare technical reports and provide guidance during the implementation phase, ensuring customer expectations are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related hands-on experience
• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing user stories
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
• Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three out of the last five years
