CTBS Certified Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader National On Call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-call donor screening and assign donor numbers to partner programs
• Thoroughly assess potential donors and collaborate with Recovery Members during the recovery phase
• Coordinate all aspects required for donation, including communication with various agencies and completing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in approach/authorization with donor families
• CTBS certification
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
