Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Foundation Observability Architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Observability Architects
- Design and implement scalable onboarding programs and enablement campaigns
- Act as the voice of the customer and manage escalations and technical reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields; 2+ years in people management
- Experience building low-touch/use triggered programs in SaaS
- Deep expertise in observability and familiarity with the Grafana stack is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms
- Experience with data visualization tools and usage telemetry
