Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Patient Programs Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support a clinical escalation team for high-risk psychiatric cases
• Serve as a clinical resource, addressing safety concerns and resolving grievances
• Collaborate across teams to advocate for high-quality patient care and improve clinical workflows

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP)
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license
• 3+ years of experience in psychiatric clinical care in various mental health settings
• 2+ years of experience in managing clinical risk and patient safety
