Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to assist customers in designing and implementing their websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers throughout the website design and build process to ensure timely project completion
• Serve as a liaison between the Implementation Specialist team and other departments within the Website Development team
• Manage multiple customer projects and coordinate with the development team to deliver quality products

Required Qualifications

• Interest in working directly with customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc
• Basic knowledge of website trends and best practices
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Interest in Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, or Project Management
