Remote Clinical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee a remote clinical team focused on cardiac rhythm management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily assignments of the clinical team in their region
• Manage employee scheduling and conduct 1:1 technician evaluations
• Collaborate with operational leadership to identify workflow and process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree desired, preferably in a science or health-related field
• IBHRE certification (CCDS or CDRMS)
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of cardiac devices and remote monitoring best practices
• Experience in a remote, matrixed environment, preferably with a remote monitoring company
