Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rippling Implementation Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during project implementation
• Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system workflows
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to design solutions and provide training for effective technology adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization
• Expert knowledge of multiple HRIS software platforms, including Rippling and others like ADP WFN or Paylocity
• At least 3 years of experience leading projects and managing technical configurations
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems and understanding of PII data governance requirements
