Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Informatics Voice of Customer Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support and develop analytic reports for clients focusing on disability, absence, and life products
- Lead the development of new reporting and analytics capabilities to identify trends and enhance client engagement
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues and present actionable recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in math, economics, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI; statistical programming in Python or R preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an analytic and consulting capacity
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Group Disability products preferred
