Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician - Telemedicine (W2 - Weekend Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute/urgent care to patients via live text-based chat and manage straightforward chronic care cases
• Perform clinical tasks (90%) and administrative duties (10%), including participation in clinical meetings and quality improvement projects
• Accurately diagnose patients and document care plans, ensuring timely completion of encounter notes

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine
• 5+ years of clinical practice, with experience in primary care and pediatrics
• Several active state licenses; IMLC certification is a plus
• Prior chat-based telemedicine experience is preferred
• Clear medical history with no board actions or complaints
