Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic LPN Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective medical treatment
- Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the case to achieve recovery goals
- Evaluate treatment plans and recovery needs, documenting outcomes and developing alternative plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
- LPN (Florida or Compact License) with a minimum of three years clinical experience
- At least one year of Florida Workers' Compensation or occupational Case Management experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proactive and independent with a strong ability to follow through
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
