Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of related work experience focused on California-specific projects and regulations
• Extensive expertise in CEQA, CARB, and California environmental policies
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Professional certifications such as PE or PMP are highly desirable
