Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic vision and business cases for new program initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of clinical models and workflows, ensuring high quality standards
- Communicate program strategies and performance outcomes to stakeholders and represent the company externally
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years in healthcare operations or service line leadership, with experience in behavioral health and primary care integration
- Proven ability to build and scale new clinical care models
- Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement and coding for behavioral health services
- Experience in financial management, including P&L oversight and modeling unit economics
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent experience preferred
