Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on loss control and risk management for the construction market segment
- Lead the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to risk assessment
- Design and deliver internal training programs on risk management for the construction industry
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in Construction Management or related fields
- Specialized certifications such as CRIS, CPCU, or ARM
- Strong knowledge of construction operations and risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and various construction disciplines
