Ohio Licensed Clinical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of mental and behavioral health services for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor patient progress, provide clinical supervision, and support clinicians with case consultation
• Oversee clinical documentation quality and collaborate with billing for efficient revenue cycle management

Qualifications

• Independent license in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist) required
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience managing 10+ clinicians in behavioral health
• Extensive knowledge of Medicaid billing requirements and CPST services
• Experience managing virtual and in-person programs
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision to dependent providers
