Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Recruiting Configuration Contractor (Project-Based).

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and deploy updates in Workday Recruiting, including offer letter templates and job requisition setups
• Build and maintain recruiting-related business processes and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Collaborate with HR partners and external vendors to define requirements and troubleshoot system issues

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Recruiting
• Proven experience with offer letter templates and job board integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday security and calculated fields related to Recruiting
• Experience in project-based or consulting environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
