Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the ITSM business while contributing to the ITSM practice leadership team
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring high-quality customer engagements
- Identify and recommend improvements in ITSM processes and methodologies based on field experiences
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization
- 3+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Experience managing a services business, including resource management and engagement scheduling
- Significant experience in defining and deploying future-state IT processes
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of thirty or more employees
