Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate how the platform addresses customer challenges in precision medicine
• Collaborate with Sales to conduct technical discovery, lead platform demonstrations, and support overall account strategy
• Capture customer insights to inform product development and assist in onboarding post-sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, focusing on Clinical Research or related fields
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role leading projects
• 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting within a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of Clinical Operations and Clinical Biomarkers landscape
