Medicare Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Med D Compliance Oversight Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits and monitoring activities for the PBM Employer Group Waiver Program (EGWP) and MA-PD/MMP Health Plan audits
• Prepare and deliver audit reports and presentations to internal committees and clients
• Assist in developing corrective actions and monitor their implementation across internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or three years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in audits, process improvement, reporting, and operational monitoring
• Experience and expertise in Medicare Part D highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite products strongly preferred
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
