Sustainability Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainability Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support net zero engagement initiatives with suppliers to align with sustainability goals
• Prepare and conduct meetings with suppliers and stakeholders, and deliver regular status updates to leadership
• Develop operational models for supplier engagement and stay current with sustainability policies and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sustainability, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, or Corporate Sustainability
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing supplier sustainability strategies
• Experience with procurement systems and end-to-end processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
