Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cleared ServiceNow ITOM Solutions Consultant specializing in CMDB and Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and implementation support for CMDB and Discovery solutions
• Model network, storage, and infrastructure within the CMDB, assessing current processes and defining solution requirements
• Oversee implementation work and guide team members in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services or consulting experience
