Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Lead to support contractor networks in whole home electrification retrofits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop program design and work plans to meet goals and provide accurate forecasting
• Engage directly with contractors and deliver large-budget energy efficiency programs to utility clients
• Assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to market dynamics while managing client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field
• Experience in developing and managing stakeholder and partner relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
