Key Responsibilities
- Create and update process/product solutions for service and operational teams
- Gather, update, and create requirements and process documentation
- Evaluate processes, perform gap analysis, and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, technology, healthcare, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in service, operations, finance, healthcare, or business analytics
- Proficiency with business and communications software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and executing user acceptance test plans
- Knowledge of agile and SAFE methodologies preferred
